"Took forever to ship, but maybe it’ll be worth it"
I ordered this weeks ago and it still hasn’t shown up, which is frustrating. I’ve heard good things, so I’m trying to stay hopeful that the product is actually worth the wait, but right now it’s kind of hard to be impressed.

Wore it out in cold rain and somehow it stayed comfy the whole time. Sweat didn’t really build up either, so they felt good even after being out for hours.

"Warm, but the stiffness needs to be addressed"
It definitely keeps me warm, so I’ll give it credit for that. But it feels stiff when I’m moving around, and it makes bending or working in it all day kind of frustrating. For something meant to be worn on the job or in cold weather, I think the company should be more upfront about how restrictive it is or improve the flexibility.

"Nice clothes, but support took forever"
I do like the clothes and the overall idea behind the brand. My order showed up and the items were fine, so I don’t really have complaints about the product itself.
The frustrating part was dealing with customer service. I asked about sizing, then later had a shipping question, and both times it took days to hear back. What annoyed me most was feeling like I had to explain the same details again instead of them just following the thread.

It wasn’t a terrible experience, but for what they charge, I expected support to be a lot more responsive. I’d probably hesitate before ordering again unless I was sure I wouldn’t need any help

"Good stuff, just a little expensive"
The clothes are warm, and the quality seems decent enough. Shipping was fine too, no issues there. I don’t know though, for the price I guess I expected a little more? Nothing was actually wrong with the order, it just didn’t totally feel worth it to me. I might buy again if there’s a good sale, but probably not at full price.

"Still holding up, but the zipper has me a little unsure"
I’ve had this jacket for a little over a year now, and it’s held up well. There’s a bit of wear on the cuffs, but nothing that really bothers me. It’s warm, feels solid, and I still wear it a lot. My only issue is the zipper, it just doesn’t feel as sturdy as the rest of the jacket. If that ends up breaking, I’d probably think twice before buying another one from this brand, but so far it’s been a good jacket overall.

"Sizing was way off for me"
I don’t know if I just got unlucky, but the fit was nowhere near what the size chart said. I checked the measurements before ordering, so it’s not like I guessed, but it still didn’t fit right at all.

"Honestly, it blocks the wind really well"
I wore my Fortress Clothing jacket on a cold, windy day and... i was surprised by how well it did. The wind was strong enough that I expected to feel it cutting through, especially since that always happened with my old coat, but I really didn’t. It kept me comfortable without feeling bulky or heavy. I’ve only had it for a few weeks, so we’ll see how it holds up, but so far, I’m really happy with it

The jacket definitely keeps me warm, so I’ll give it that. But the way it’s described made it sound way more breathable than it actually is, which is kind of misleading. I wore it while walking around and started getting sweaty quickly. It’s fine if you’re just standing around or doing light stuff, but if you’re planning to be active in it, I wouldn’t expect it to keep you that comfortable.

"Good gear, but yeah, it’s not cheap"
I’m happy with it overall. The quality feels solid and it does what I needed it to do, so no real complaints there. I did have that little moment of, “Okay, did I really just spend that much?” but it’s good gear. Pricey, sure, but I don’t regret buying it.

"I ordered from fortressclothing.com expecting something a lot..."
I ordered from fortressclothing.com expecting something a lot better for the price, but the material felt cheap. It was thin, a little rough, and after just a couple of wears it already started looking worn out. What annoyed me even more is how these return/exchange policies always seem to have little loopholes that make it harder to do anything once you’ve actually tried the item. For what I paid, I expected way better quality. I wouldn’t buy from them again.

I put it on and pretty much right away thought, nope, this isn’t warm enough. I expected it to hold up better, but I started feeling cold fast and was kind of disappointed

"Soft, but not really worth the wait"
I was excited for this to arrive, so the wait felt a little frustrating. Once I finally got it, the fabric was soft and felt nice against my skin, but the fit was stiffer than I expected. I was hoping it would be more comfortable for wearing all day. It’s not terrible, just kind of average for me

"Stayed warm, but took some effort"
I was outside pretty much all day and this actually kept me warm way longer than I expected. The only annoying part was the bit of effort it took to get everything set up and adjusted how I wanted, which I could’ve done without. But once I had it sorted, it did the job really well.

"Warm, but a bit too bulky"
I’ll give it credit, this definitely keeps me warm. No real complaints there. But it’s heavier and bulkier than I thought it would be, especially when you’re trying to pack it or wear it with other layers. It’s not bad, just not as easy to move around in as I was hoping.
